Okay, my apologies! I know May 22 was like a million years ago, but excuse me I was enjoying my new life as a newlywed okay!? I will comment further on this the specialest day of my life soon, which is why I'm just posting the celebration pictures, the ceremony and portraits are coming soon! Thank you for understanding!

This is the lobby of our building, the people working wanted to use our party

Junior-Best ManRachel-Maid of Honor

I don't look good but this picture captures how special her speech was. We met when she was about 20 months old and have been best friends ever since! It meant so much to me to have her give a speech, she is such a great example to me, not only as a wife and mom but as a person, she's my best friend and I love her dearly! Thank you for making my day so special, Rach! And thanks for such a beautiful shower too! I love you!Joanne-Maid of Honor

We met in 7th grade when Joanne asked me if I would want to be "Pheobe" in her group's little circle of "FRIENDS!" Truly a friendship that was meant to be, obviously! We've been best friends since freshman year of high school. Been through a lot together, you can tell by this picture her speech gave a little taste of what kind of friendship we have...pretty sure she's saying I'm the youngest hottest ball of chain. I was her maid of honor a couple years ago, she means so much to me! I love you, Joanne! Thanks for taking pressure off of me and making my day as stressless as can be! You're the best!

Our guest sign in book, made the morning of the wedding by the bride, but I love it!
Thanks to the supplies from my aunt Lorraine! Thanks Zeenat for modeling for the pic!
Bride and Proud Father of the Bride
Love you dad, thanks for everything!

Oh. The mariachi band. Yep. lol No, they did really good, and the longer I'm a Chavez, the more I will appreciate the beauty of mariachi music. What, I have a good attitude!
"EL AMOR""ISN'T SHE LOVELY"
Bouquet toss...Garter toss...
Du-du-du-DAAA!!! Nikki and Robert! Nikki and I met while we were both nannies in L.A. and hit it off right away, then she met this boy, and they hit it off right away! Will be married in the near future, not taking credit or anything, but they did say that's why! (not reallly lol)
I'm not sure whose idea this was but I secretly thought it was hilarious!
Taking the centerpiece vases and using them as a beer mug...classy! No one went to the hospital for glitter inhalation so no harm done..was a little worried! lol

The 3 little girls..
I love you both so so much! You girls are my heart!

I think we might have had too much fun! I mean who dances til midnight on their wedding night when they have to make a 8am flight to Hawaii!?

CHICAGO

Okay, so you know how people go on vacation and take a picture of every little thing they see and want to remember...and then they come home and show you every picture so YOU will remember every little thing? Well, that's what I'm about to do...lol It really is so you can see Rach, but that's just what I feel like right now for everyone else!

So we went to Chicago, in August of 2007, wow, I didn't realize it was that long ago! Anyway, I flew to Oakland from LA, Fidel picked me up and we drove to San Francisco to take a red eye to Chicago...

It was a rough flight as you can see how we looked when we got on the train! So we got to my aunt's house (where we stayed) and took a nap. We decided to not be too ambitious on the first day and that we would just wake up, get all pretty and go out to a fancy dinner and call it a night. So that's what we did...

After literally 5 minutes of walking, we were like literally hit in the face by a massive storm! We were instantly drenched, so we ran into a foot locker and asked what the nearest restaurant was..they said there was a Popeye's on the next block. No thank you. So we took a cab back home and ordered Chicago Pizza! Mmmm, best thing that has ever happened to us. The pic above is before, the pic below is after, it was a rough 15 minutes as you can see! lol
The Next Day

Lunch Cruise=SOOOOO much fun! And Beautiful!

Grant Park

Big Weird Mirror Shaped Bean...where we saw Big Weird Sweaty AL! lol

Water Tower...the only thing not burned in the fire(I think)

Hancock Observatory=Gorgeous views all the way around!! Definitely recommended! As you can see we spent a good amount of time there...pics start light and end dark! lol

We found this cute little pizzeria where we had calzones outside the White Sox stadium...it was just so cute I couldn't help myself!

This is my FAVORITE Chicago picture of us.

White Sox/Red Sox game...so much fun! It was nice to be at a rivalry game that you didn't REALLY care about! Unlike the Giants/Dodgers games. Eew, I don't wanna talk about it.lol

About to get on the "L" train, see it? Here it comes! Fidel is talented isn't he? Luv him!

NAVY PIER:
You just gotta do it.
